My two kids 8 and 4 do not want to hear that I am still waiting on Rushcard for the reason why I can’t feed them. My money is being held hostage basically at this point since I can’t get a replacement card since my address is still not updated! This is beyond ridiculous. Remind you this has been done every day since August 18th and no follow up or escalation has been answered, completed, or nothing. I have been waiting for more than 10 days for my address and phone number to be updated so I can have a replacement card mailed out and all every rep and supervisor can inform me is that they are escalating the matter and submitting a follow up. ![]()
